The Northern Territory Treasury Corporation (NTTC) is the central financing authority for the Government of the Northern Territory of Australia.
NTTC was established in June 1994 and is constituted under the Northern Territory Treasury Corporation Act
. The Under Treasurer of the Northern Territory is designated as the Corporation sole under the Act and subject to the direction of the Treasurer of the Northern Territory.
Since its establishment in 1994, NTTC has undertaken the borrowing and investment activities on behalf of the Northern Territory Government and provides financial products and services to the Northern Territory public sector.
All obligations incurred or assumed by NTTC are guaranteed by the Treasurer on behalf of the Territory under section 20 of the Northern Territory Treasury Corporation Act.
