Current Events

The Northern Territory and Australian Governments have jointly funded a $5 million Cyclone Lam and Nathan Community Recovery Fund for Galiwin’ku, Ramingining and Milingimbi and their associated homelands and region under the Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements. This fund will be used to deliver projects that will strengthen families, build community resilience and assist in delivering a holistic rebuilding effort which strongly involves the communities.
