Part of our role is to assist you in understanding and complying with your legislative obligations. This is done by:

  • having trained and experienced staff on hand to assist you when required;
  • conducting public seminars and information sessions on topical issues;
  • providing information on changes to legislation and administrative practices as they occur;
  • issuing guidelines that clarify the Commissioner’s interpretation of various legislative provisions;
  • providing access to harmonised payroll tax rulings; and
  • maintaining information brochures or documents on key topics.

TRO also contributes to the development and presentation of webinars on the harmonised payroll tax provisions.
