This calculator gives an indication of the amount of stamp duty payable on the purchase of real estate where the purchaser is not entitled to the First Home Owner Discount, Senior, Pensioner and Carer Concession or the Principal Place of Residence Rebate.

It also calculates duty on the purchase of business property such as goodwill, statutory licences etc.
